As a global car model with a 5-star ASEAN NCAP rating, Rush provides an outstanding level of safety. Features designed for functionality and safety include 6 SRS airbags, 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, Hill-start Assist Control (HAC), and LED headlamps. These features help provide driving confidence under various conditions.
Enhanced body rigidity
Steel plate with high tensile strength is used throughout the monocoque body, to meet the competing demands for both lighter weight and greater rigidity. In addition, the side impact beams help mitigate the impact of crash energy on occupants in the event of a side collision.
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD)
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) helps maintain vehicle stability and driver control when braking.
Vehicle Stability Control
When sensors detect conditions likely to cause skidding, it helps prevent front or rear wheel slip by optimally controlling engine power and braking force.
Hill-start Assist Control
Hill-start Assist Control (HAC) helps to prevent the vehicle from rolling backward, for example when starting on a steep incline.

Equipped with SRS driver airbag, SRS front passenger airbag, SRS side airbags (front seats) and SRS curtain-shield airbags (front and rear seats).
Seatbelts / Headrests
All seatbelts are equipped with 3-point ELR seatbelts. Large headrests in the second and third row seats are designed for head support.
Child restraint system
Second row seats are provided with ISOFIX anchors for child seat installation. Additionally, the back door is equipped with child protectors.
Parking assist
While parking, the back camera monitor displays the rear view, allowing the driver to reverse smoothly. In addition, ultrasonic sensors detect obstacles as the vehicle approaches them while reversing and alert the driver with a buzzer as well as on the multi-information display.
